We do not buy, resell or hold product inventory.
Maven does not operate as a trading company, importer or distributor. Each company buys directly from the manufacturer and carries out its own import.
Our role is to bring together demand from different companies to create large purchasing volumes, conduct negotiations with manufacturers and coordinate the necessary stages so each participant can complete its operation.
This way, Maven does not sit between manufacturer and buyer as another commercial layer. We bring buyers together to increase the network's negotiating power.
Our work also happens inside the industry.
In addition to our international activities, Maven works directly with manufacturers in our network on development of new products and improvement of existing products, combining market knowledge, application expertise and industrial capability.
Maven is also holder of patents for products it has developed, creating proprietary solutions that may be made available to companies in our network.
